For 3 years until March 2010 when I stopped blogging, En Avant enjoyed some success, attracting readers from all over the world (over 62,000 unique visitors since the site began).  But even dormant sites need management, so I’m shutting down the site to keep life simple.  I’ve reposted 115  of the 1087 En Avant articles  - the ones I think are the most enduring - on my ISAMBARD website.  I hope you’ll join me over there. I doubt that I’ll be as prolific a writer as before, but we’ll see.
